DCnow is a software service provided by KARTIM OÜ ("we") that lets field engineers and their organisations record service visits and produce service visit reports. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the organisation you represent.
You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for keeping your device and account secure and for all activity under your account. Organisation administrators are responsible for the users they add.
Tickets, notes, photographs and reports you create remain yours (or your organisation's / the service provider's, according to your contract with them). You grant us the licence needed to store, process and transmit them in order to run the Service. You confirm that you are allowed to upload the content you upload, including any data belonging to your customers.
Do not use the Service to send unsolicited e-mail, to access mailboxes or data you are not authorised to access, to upload unlawful content, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service.
Report templates provided by a service provider remain that provider's property and are used under their permission. DCnow is not affiliated with or endorsed by any service provider or end customer named in tickets.
We aim for high availability but the Service is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted operation. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Data can be exported on request before any discontinuation.
To the extent permitted by law, KARTIM OÜ is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid by your organisation for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing limits liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
Pilot use is free unless agreed otherwise in writing. Paid plans, if any, are governed by the order agreed with your organisation.
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Section 5 of the Privacy Policy describes what happens to data afterwards.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes are resolved in Harju County Court, Tallinn, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
